Supervision

Supervision means that you process work-related issues, experiences and emotions and you try to find different views for that with a trained supervisor. The goal is to enhance creativity and broaden the culture of work and identify its boundaries.

Supervision is offered to individuals, groups or for the whole workplace. Groups can also be formed from different work places. In that case, group members are of the same profession or from the same sector of working life.

Clearly defined objectives will help supervision to succeed. Participants agree on the objectives often during the first clinical supervision meetings. Targets can be revised during the process.

Supervision process generally takes at least a year, 15-20 times, 1-1.5 hours at a time. Recommended supervision interval is once in two or three weeks. If supervision is group supervising, the ideal size of the group is from 3 to 6 persons.

Supervision is strictly confidential and supervisor is bound by confidentiality.

According to the ethical principles of the supervisor doesn't take anyone's side or set against anyone - nor the supervisee or the organization.
